Represented by Inova+ and University of Aveiro, the Euro4Science 2.0 project will be present at the European Researchers’ Night 2017-, to be held at the Sports and Congress Center of Matosinhos on September 29th. This event is organized by Inova + aiming to celebrate SCIENCE and RESEARCH through playful and educational activities for all. The program will include experiences, exhibitions, conferences and debates for the school community, researchers and research centers, companies and for all curious who want to know more about SCIENCE.
With the motto “Ciência à moda do Norte”, the special edition of the European Researchers’ Night, aims to distinguish research from the north region in a set of disciplinary areas framed in very diverse subjects. In this edition, researchers and R&I centers can show their activities and arouse the curiosity of the young participants, while at the same time being an opportunity to disseminate projects, such as Euro4Science 2.0. There will be a conference and workshops that will allow participants to deepen their knowledge on the themes of the event. Also, through the Science Slam by PubhD Porto, participants will be able to present their research to the public in an appealing and creative way, by developing their oral communication capacity while raising the attention of other researchers in your area.
Last year’s edition had more than 7,000 participants of whom about 5000 were students, 430 teachers and 200 researchers.
